While the gov*t is encouraging us to cut down on electricity usage and P*B (public u* board) forever increasing our utilities bills.. here's something :)

maybe the guy in charge of turning it off had a heart attack and died before he could do it.....
his death shall be a great loss to us as now we shall ahve 1 less person to turn off street lamps for us......
my condolances to his family.....
