SHIT!!! I'm getting fatter :( I wanna cry, I wanna kill myself but at the same time, I wanna eat too.. OMG!!! Anyway, since 2 days before mother's day, I have been having feasts outside. Eating so much so much makes me wonder what will I become after my trip to Taiwan. I dont wanna be a fat Donald :( Save me!!!
On the 11th, we celebrated XH's birthday at Lemongrass. Food was nice, but desserts suck. Sorry XH, for celebrating so late and sorry for not getting you a prezzie. I'm broke.. somehow..
On the 12th, it was mother's day celebration. We went G7 (LiangKee) to have our lunch. Food was ok, a bit oily and kinda overpriced. But oh well.. I had another fun day eating -.-ll
On the 14th, it was my mother's day celebration (noticed the MY in front of mother??). We went Melben at AMK for dinner. Although the wait was unbearable, the food and nice staff made up for the time wasted. The food was nice and in fact, it's considerably cheap ($147), taking into account that we had 2 crab dishes and 1 prawn dish. Some of the must-try are the crab beehoon, mongolian spare ribs (no bones!!) and the hotplate toufu. Too bad, no pictures were taken =p too engrossed in eating..
On the 15th, I met up with Eric and we had Sakae Buffet (Heeren's branch). Bad attitude from the manager, spoiling my mood to eat more.....
On the 16th, met up with the girls and we had pizzas ((-.-)'' Dont really like pizza) at Pizzahut, Centrepoint. Service SUCKS!! Imagine we were waiting outside for few minutes before getting served. Anyway, we had 2 large pizzas, 1 pan cheesy lava pizza and 3 sides. Wow.. Although we managed to finish them, we were all veryveryvery full by then.
On the 18th, family celebrated Dad's birthday at Sichuan Tou Hua Restaurant. It's an ala carte buffet!! The food was nice and the desserts were fantastic. We had just a bit toooooo much.
On the 20th, I had porridge dinner buffet at Hotel Windsor. Another buffet!! Food was nice but kinda expensive considering the variety that was offered.
Something I noticed. Singapore service really needs some (a lot in fact) brushing up. If we pay 10% for service, I expect them to be much much better. And thanks Buddha, cause I didnt really badmouth those outlets. I'm kind afterall =)
