Yoghurt Mask - The cheapo alternative

It has been so long since I used this cheap 'homemade' facial - Yoghurt. Introduced by Kaka, I actually didnt know the benefits until I googled it today.

According to this website, 'Topical application of yogurt benefits the skin, refining and refreshing the face. The creamy texture cools, calms, and refreshes tired skin, while the lactic acid works to reduce the size of pores, tighten skin, and eliminate dead flakes of skin to reveal a fresh, glowing visage. Yogurt also moisturizes and works as a very mild skin lightener to reduce imperfections. A yogurt facial will result in smoother, softer, and more even skin especially when used several times a week.'

I have always used yoghurt from Pauls as it is thick enough to stay on the face and NOT flow.

Apply evenly throughout the face, avoiding the eyes (I believe LL would do a better job)

Wash away the yoghurt 20mins later when it has dried. Below is a comparison of the face before and after application.
It is quite obvious that the skin brightens up after using the yoghurt. I definitely did not play with the lightings and such.

Try it at home and see the effects yourself. Beware of allergic reactions if you have sensitive skin.
