A Bitter Orange Chocolate Cheesecake with Super Buttery Hard Crust

As promised, the pictures. Notice the bubble holes and fork marks on the cake? Ugly right!



Beside being overly buttery and bittery with a hard crust, the cheesecake tasted fine. Still manageably edible. It was a failure, but just below the passing mark.

I will do better next time. At least, I know now that a slab of butter is 250g! And navel orange juice turns bitter quicker and easier than the other oranges.
