减肥计划

My diet plan has been laid out:
*no fries at home
*no fast food (unless friends want)
*less ice cream
*no cabbages, cauliflowers and corns
*no arnotts biskits *no chips (all kind)
*no soft drinks
*no food after 8 (unless with friends/ family)
*no sweets
*no oranges
*no frozen tarts
*no ham
*no chocolates (unless dark/ offered)
*no more late nights cup-a-soups

On top of the No-nos
*drink more water
*eat more fruits
*exercise frequently

Hopefully this set of 'doctrine' can last me till the Dec ~
It's not torturous. It's all about determination.
I. MUST. BE. THINNER
