Time for exercises

Ever since my reservist, I have taken 2 weeks off from all exercises. Guess I just have to get back as soon as possible cause someone actually commented I LOOK FAT!!! ARGHHHH...Next month shall be it :) I shall start my regime in October.Come to think of it, I'm left with only 4 days of relaxation...

Well... my exercise regime will include the following. Bear in mind they are not restricted to the counts, but that is just the minimum I should do
  • 50 counts of situps
  • 10mins of skipping (Anything more will give me giddiness)
  • Running thrice a week
  • Swimming/ Ball games occasionally
Haha.. Well, California fitness just called and said Angela and I won a 14-day unlimited pass from a game I played in NS portal recently. Haha. It came just at the correct time :) To a whole new me... well, hopefully =)
