Walk and walk and walk

A long Saturday out with Angela, comprised of walking, walking and more walking. First, we were at Singapore Arts Museum for a short briefing for the upcoming event, MobiHunt, which we strongly believed (?!??!??) we will.. a*hem.. WIN!!! Haha... As usual, we were late for the briefing at 1030 which lasted no longer than 30mins. Still cannot understand why was the briefing at SAM, especially when that place is NOT very accessible. We practically sweat to death (over-exaggerating) while walking under the hot sun to SAM...

Found a spot outside SAM's Dome after the briefing and sat down with Ruru. Took out our DS (Yesh, Ruru got her own) and started playing MarioKart, until... "Excuse Me, can you all give up the seats".. Oops.. The Dome waitress came out to chase us!! Haha..So malu.. Kept our DS and practically ran off, giggling..

Journey part 2, includes From SAM to Raffles City, to Funan Center, to SimLimSquare (bypassing SAM), to Bugis Village, to Suntec, to CityLink, to Raffles City before finally settling down at Cafe Cartel for our dinner. It was 1900 oredi.. Our legs were crackling from the long walk and we strongly believed that they will break, should we continue our walk without the rest.

Over-estimated our appetite and ordered too much food. So while trying to finish them, we took out our DS and started playing. Haha... Just cannot imagine what the other patrons were thinking, when they saw 2 very grownups playing DS and laughing at the excitement (Especially so when Ruru were jerking left and right while she was controlling and steering her Kart). It was almost 2230 when we left the restaurant. And all thanks to me, NO FOOD was wasted ;p

The final journey is a breeze walk to PS. Past SAM for the final time today. Never would have guessed that we will walk by SAM so many times, even in my entire life. Caught up with Karkar and watched Joshua together. Great performance from the little boy who protrayed as the little highly-intelligent smart planner who unscrupulously manipulated his family members to their doom... Especially like the part where Joshua replied 'I dont feel sick' when his father proclaimed he is sick... Show was not bad afterall, although the whole viewing experience sux badly... Imagine sitting at the first row in a goddam GV theater... Our necks practically hurt the last time when we were sitted at the 3rd row and imagine our agony while watching the show. Lucky the show was good...
