When I was young, I always see this green sticker (above) with a soldier silhouette, stuck on almost every glass surfaces. And there will always be some codenames beside the soldier. They, belonged to my uncles and father. It was not until I was older that I knew this is the army recall codes.I thought every individual has different codes and had hoped that mine will be nice enough to provide the wow factor. I hoped mine was something like 秋叶 (Autumn Leaves) or similar. Of course, 饭锅（rice cooker) or alike was not in consideration at all.
It was until I had mine, that I know it represents the unit. Don't ask what I have gotten (the above's not mine). It's nothing glamourous especially when I kept misreading one of them as vagina in Chinese -.-ll Sigh!
On standby from 1st July till 8th. Was almost 100% confirmed that I would be called back until my dear Gun gave me a flicker of hope. He said that there might not be callups even if briefings and such has been given. Wooo... Cross-fingers XX and pray hard.
It's not I don't wanna be called up, nor is it because I dont like my platoon (PS: I like them, k). But sungei gedong is a bit... ya... far ~~~~~
(Hope I dont get sued or whatever for using SAF's property (that sticker?) or talking too blatantly)
