今日我煮 Tom Yam 汤面

Tom Yam Goong in a cold weather is damn shiok man.... Too bad, I do not know how to make it from scratch... well, even if i do, I dont think i will.. so anyway, there's so many brands of tomyam premix nowadays ~~

Ingredients: Mushroom, Seafood, Premix, Noodles, Veggies and egg? (Haha.. I love egg, cannot eh?)

Boil water, add the premix. The recommended portion is 2 tbsp to 3 cups of water, but hor, I think it will be better to use less water. It's easier to add water than to reduce water should you get the portion wrong.

Finally, add the ingredients. Mushroom, Seafood and Noodles first, then egg (:P) and finally veggie. In fact, veggie dont really need much boiling...
Haha.. Dont look good right? Well, I'm not cooking for a restoran, so I dont bother to make it look good :P没卖相,有香和味就够了:)

...hmm..the stove top resembles the one we have in our 1st house and the last house...yea????

which suck bad yea????

i preferred the one in the 2nd house.
